A History of Middletown - From the Middletown Township Website.

Revolutionary War Sites in Middletown   Please Note:  This website not created by a professional historian, but it contains helpful photographs and links.

This page on the New Jersey Historical Society's website includes brief biographies and family trees of several local residents. The site also contains lists of documents that are available to order. (We ordered several for this project :)

USGenWeb was established in 1996 by a group of people who wanted to create online options for genealogical research. Some of the sites they have put together include query boards, listings of local sources for records, county and state histories, online genealogy books, research tips, maps, and links to additional internet resources.      The responses were compiled by volunteer researchers.

This link will let you search through Monmouth County findings: http://usgwarchives.net/nj/monmouth/
